Complaints Procedure

We believe that our open door policy of partnership with parents enables any problems to be sorted out quickly and to everyone’s satisfaction.

Full discussion with Class Teachers and/or the Headteacher are the solution to most situations.

However, if parents are not satisfied after such discussions, they may make a formal complaint to the Governing Body. Full details of this process are available on the School Policies page.

If you are still not satisfied with the way your complaints have been dealt with you can contact the Department for Education.
