Educational Visits & Visitors

Children learn best from first hand, practical experiences. Consequently, the school is keen to provide an extensive programme of visits out and visitors in to school. Both are usually related to the topic currently being studied and are unashamedly aimed at engaging the child’s interest as well as imparting knowledge. There are also residential visits for Year 5 and 6 children.

 

Parents will be asked to make a voluntary contribution towards transport costs and admission charges. Coaches comply with safety regulations and each child will have a seat of their own with a seatbelt.
